Wayward

In 2014 I had the great privilege to work at an amazing little startup called AtomJack on a project we, at the time, were referring to as Wayward. The game was a Metroidvania utilizing 2D backgrounds and 3D models with hand-painted textures. The game, unfortunately, had it’s funding withdrawn about a year into development, and the studio closed its doors soon after. I was responsible for all the 3D assets in the game (as well as experimenting with some UI art and design as well). These characters were so fun to model. I truly loved this project (and the team) and wish we were able to finish bringing it to life so others could see it, too.

A sample of some of the content we were able to complete before the project was cancelled.
